In an ArcGIS Server 10.6 federated environment with built-in users, the error message, "esriReplicaResponseTypeNoEdits" is returned by the Job result when synchronizing a feature service replica after editing the default version.

Solution de contournement

Reconcile and post the replica made at REST in ArcMap using the versioning manager. Favor the target version in the dialogue.
