In a Windows 10 environment, 'Select features' does not highlight features from query layers in a database when the coordinate system for the data frame does not match the coordinate system of the query layer.

Solution de contournement

Set the Map Document's data frame properties for the coordinate system to be the same as the Spatial Reference System Identifier (SRID) set on the query layer.
