Bogue
Importing a view with an XML fails if there is a field already named 'OBJECTID'.

Use copy and paste instead. The copy and paste process renames the Long Integer data type field 'objectid' to 'objectid_1". The XML import process does not do that, but instead tries to create another field called 'objectid' using the Object ID data type.
