Import a shape file containing a text column with shp2sde -o append to the FC created in ArcCatalog fails with error "Shape file and layer attribute schemas are not compatible."

Solution de contournement

The problem does not occur following cases:1. Create a new FC with the projection and schema of the shape file and load data in FC in ArcCatalog only.2. Use only command line to create a layer using shp2sde -o create and then use shp2sde -o init.
