Bogue
Images in pop-ups are displayed at true pixel size in ArcGIS Dashboards, instead of being resized to fit the pop-up window as in ArcGIS Dashboards Classic.

The issue is a duplicate of BUG-000139532.Solution de contournement
Manually set the image size in the pop-up in Map Viewer:
- Navigate to Configure Pop-up.
- In the Configure Pop-up pane, under Pop-up Contents, select A custom attribute display for Display.
- Click Configure > View HTML Source.
- Use the following code, inserting the correct field in {PhotoURL}: <img alt="picture" src="{PhotoURL}" style="width:200px;height:200px;" />
