Bogue
Images captured in Collector for ArcGIS with an iOS 10 device appear blurry after the image is captured and before the image is saved. After the image is saved, the image displays clearly.

This issue is non-reproducible.Solution de contournement
- to After taking the photo, select "use photo", then go back in review it, and the photo seems to not be blurry after saving.
- Take the photo before collecting the new data in Collector for ArcGIS, and upload the image from the library instead of using the Camera within the Collector for ArcGIS application.
