Bogue
If you run the Change Version tool with a parcel fabric layer as the input, all the associated parcel fabric layers will change versions except for the parcel fabric topology layer. To change the version of the topology layer, the Change Version tool must be run a second time.

Use the Change Version option in the Versioning tab to switch versions for all layers in the map.
