Bogue
If the snapping tolerance in the geometric network is set to 0.1 m, some features are snapped even though the distance between them is longer than 0.1 m.

Change the geometric network tolerance to 0.09 m or 0.11 m. The issue is only reproducible when the snapping tolerance is set to 0.1 m.
