Bogue
If the project package is created by opening the Drone2Map project in ArcGIS Pro, then incorrect Data Source location is set for the Point Cloud layer in the map.

Data source location needs to be changed to the below path for the Point Cloud layer to resolve the issue (Right click on the Point Cloud layer in Map > Properties > Source > Set Data Source) C:\Users\<User Profile>\Documents\ArcGIS\Packages\<Project Package Name>_5929ED84-FA0F-4426-B42C-A86495D43064\commondata\3d\3DÉtapes pour reproduire
