Bogue
If initial active connection in ArcGIS Pro 2.0.1 is set to Portal for ArcGIS 10.5.1 then only two options (Feature & Map Image) is visible in the Layer Type while Publishing Web Layer.

There are only two layer types that can be published by reference: Map Image and Feature. Choose the Copy radio button to see layer types that can be published with copying.Solution de contournement
