Bogue

If Collector for ArcGIS (Android) improperly identifies a device as having an SD card even though the device does not, downloading web maps fails with an error, "no such file or directory".

Solution de contournement

1. Go to the Collector settings, and enable internal storage for the Basemap Download Location setting. 2. Insert an SD card into the Android device and go into the Collector settings, and select SD card for the Basemap download location settings.
