Bogue

If clip polygon is a circle (parametric curve) and part of it goes outside the extent of the data being clipped, the resulting clip polygon has significant slivers.

Solution de contournement

Generalize the data either using the GP command or the Advanced Editing Generalize command to introduce splined vertices into the circle.
