Bogue
If ArcGIS Online Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS is opened and loaded fully in a new tab, the extent is zoomed out and shifted to the upper left corner.

This is a known issue with dashboards and will be addressed in a future release when the product is updated to use JSAPI 4.x.Solution de contournement
- If the View dashboard button is opened on the original browser tab as the item details page, the extent is honoured.
- Click the new tab immediately as it is loading. Waiting for the original tab and switching to the new tab after fully loading shifts the extent.
