Identify operations against map services containing raster datasets with a joined table that fail to return any results unless the Return Field Names parameter is set to True.

Upgrading to map services published from ArcGIS Pro to a newer release of ArcGIS Enterprise resolves this issue. If the issue continues to affect any work, please contact Esri Support Services. Please note that publishing a CSV file as a map service from ArcGIS Pro is not supported. Please copy that to a file geodatabase or other supported workspace.
