When ArcGIS Server patches are applied, the ArcGIS Workflow Manager service is stopped and must be manually restarted after the patch is applied. Restarting the ArcGIS Workflow Manager service resolves the defective behavior described in this bug. A related defect, BUG-000156969, has been resolved as of version 11.1 to ensure an ArcGIS Server deployment configured with ArcGIS Workflow Manager continues to be available for other requests when the ArcGIS Workflow Manager service is stopped.Solution de contournement
