Bogue
Graphics overlays with the visibility turned off are flashing in an ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET 100.4 application with around 10 or more graphics overlay layers.

Solution de contournement
As the number of graphics overlays in use are reduced, the flashing becomes less frequent. At a certain number of layers, the flashing stops.
