In ArcGIS API for JavaScript 3.x, all feature layers are displayed inside a single Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) element. It is possible that Internet Explorer 11 has bugs in this scenario. This works as expected using ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.x. It is possible to workaround this issue by forcing a slight zoom on the layer. The animation restarts and displays as expected. No plans to fix this in ArcGIS API for JavaScript 3.x.Solution de contournement
