This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.Solution de contournement
The slowdown appears to be in generating the route geometries for the closest facility analysis. If route geometries are not needed (only the route costs or table of values), set closestFacility.routeShapeType = arcpy.nax.RouteShapeType.NoLine. With this option, the solve takes less than 30 seconds. Users can also consider using the origin destination (OD) cost matrix solver for better overall performance if route geometries are not required. The team is investigating why generating the route geometries takes so long and why performance slowed down between ArcGIS Pro 3.3 and 3.5 and is attempting to fix it.
