Bogue
Geometry changes in ArcGIS Online for features of a hosted feature service opened in ArcGIS Pro at the same time, are not displayed in ArcGIS Pro and the affected features are no longer accessible and/or, in scales without a cache, are no longer visible.

This is due to local caching in ArcGIS Pro. Insert the feature service to ArcGIS Pro again.
