At this release, the performance of polygon, polyline, and multipoint feature layers hosted on ArcGIS Online is improved. In 2D maps, the feature layer has been optimized to retrieve all features simultaneously from the server when specific conditions are satisfied. Once loaded, the features won't need to be re-requested from the server, which will make future redraws after panning and zooming much faster.
