Solution de contournement

1. Open <a href="https://localhost:6443/arcgis/manager" target="_blank">https://localhost:6443/arcgis/manager</a>2. Click the 'Proceed' button to move past the self-signed certificate warning.3. Click the URL bar to view the certificate.4. Click the 'Install' button to install the certificate for the local user making sure to place it in the Trusted Root store.5. Refresh the GEE Manager page to access the login page.
