This issue is not reproducible. An item can be grayed out in ArcGIS Connector when an item with the same name exists in the ArcGIS Online organization. It can also be grayed out if any of the mission data products are not yet produced (3D items take longer to generate). Reproduce by changing the default name of the item.Solution de contournement
