Solution de contournement

The issue is happening because there is drawing conflict between the two flooding surfaces. A work around is to apply a Z offset to the flooding step 2 layer. You can do this by -1. Open the Layer Properties of the flood step 2 layer 2. Go to the Base Heights tab3. Under Layer Offset, specify 0.01 in the "Add a constant elevation offset in scene units"
