Feature services successfully published from XLS files return an undefined error around two weeks after the initial publish when accessed by the item owner or admin in ArcGIS Online.

Solution de contournement

• Republish the item using a CSV file.
• Access the content from a non-admin user in the organization or outside user in ArcGIS Online.
• Access the item in ArcGIS Pro using the Portal tab in the Catalog pane.
