Bogue
Feature records do not appear in layout/exports for a certain table (Data Specific).

The reason no records are showing is because the table has a Page Definition defined. The problem is it is based on a hidden field. Converting the table to a new table works because it essentially resets visibility on a fields to be true. Make the field visible and set the query in the Table View to be all rows and you will see the table. Another issue is that the field does not match and index layer values so if the table frame query is set to be a map series, no records do not show.Solution de contournement
Export the data to a new feature class using the Feature Class to Feature Class tool.
