Feature layer view filters are not honored in offline areas on ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app

Solution de contournement

There are 3 potential workarounds:

1. Have mobile workers sync to update the symbology, which indicates the need to download a new offline area.
2. Apply the filter at the feature service level, not the view level.
3. Enable filtering in ArcGIS Field Maps Designer.
   1. Each mobile worker must manually apply filters locally.
   2. In ArcGIS Field Maps Designer, open the configuration for the map, navigate to App Settings > Layer Filters > enable All feature layers and fields
   3. In ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app, end-users will need to open the offline area > select layers  > select map layers  > select the status field > select the desired domain.
