Exporting statistics to CSV from ArcGIS Server Manager generates a token successfully but fails with a 498 token error when the ArcGIS Enterprise portal and ArcGIS Server are installed on separate machines, and the ArcGIS Enterprise portal is configured with Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA).

Solution de contournement

Export statistics through the ArcGIS Server Administrator Directory:

  1. Access the ArcGIS Server Administration Directory at: https://machinename.domain.com:6443/webadaptorname/admin/ and log in with administrator credentials.
  2. In the Resources group, click usagereports > 1513342964872.
  3. Click on Data > Generate Report (Format: CSV). This generates the same report as ArcGIS Server Manager.
