Exporting selected records as a CSV file using the Table widget in ArcGIS Experience Builder does not encode Hebrew characters correctly and shows unreadable characters in the exported file.

Solution de contournement

1. Open the file with Notepad++.
2. From the menu, select Encoding, and notice that UTF-8 without BOM is selected.
3. Select the UTF-8-BOM encoding and save the file. BOM is added to the file.
4. Open the file with Microsoft Excel.
