Bogue
Exporting Mission messages to Excel, CSV, and file geodatabase (FGDB) fails and returns the error message, "ERROR:999999: Something unexpected caused tool to fail."

This issue is occurring outside of ArcGIS Mission and requires further investigation by other teams. This is currently a known limitation.Solution de contournement
There are two workarounds that can address this export issue:
Workflow 1:
- Choose to export as an Excel Spreadsheet file.
- After a successful download, open the spreadsheet.
- Save the Excel spreadsheet as a CSV file.
Workflow 2:
- Choose to export as a file geodatabase (FGDB).
- After a successful download, open the FGDB in ArcGIS Pro.
- Share the feature class layer as a Web Layer in an ArcGIS Online environment.
- Export the published feature service web layer as a CSV.
