Note that to successfully realize this fix at 10.8.1, you must also increase the maximum file upload size that is allowed in portal. By default, it is 2GB. 1. Stop portal. 2. Go to Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\framework\webapps\arcgis#sharing\WEB-INF\classes\resources\gw-config.properties 3. Update the content.max-file-upload-size property from 2048 to 4096. 4. Start portal. 5. Try the export again.
