Exporting a georeferenced PDF when the data frame is in WGS 1984 Web Mercator (Auxiliary Sphere) produces a PDF that does not have latitude or longitude values when using the Geospatial Location tool in Adobe Reader.

Switch the projection of the data frame to anything other than WGS 1984 Web Mercator (Auxiliary Sphere).
