Export metadata to FGDC CSDGM format: after existing 9.3.1 FGDC metadata content containing bounding polygon information has been upgraded for ArcGIS 10, when metadata is later exported again the points defining the bounding polygon vertexes are exported incorrectly, causing the resulting file to be invalid
