I took a quick look at this issue and it appears that the maps in question have not been modified since 2013. Explorer filters out any maps that have not been modified since July 2014 because prior Web Map versions are incompatible. To resolve this issue, sign into the account that owns the map and resave the map. This will automatically upgrade the version of the Web Map so it can be used in Explorer.Solution de contournement
