Bogue
Error when creating Data Package (Publisher Extension) in ArcMap 10.7.1 or 10.8 if the published map contains a query layer.

Solution de contournement
- Add query layer to new MXD > save MXD > Publish and package the query map. If receive an error with packaging, save a Copy of the mxd document.
- File > Save As a Copy...
- Open the copied MXD. Publish the query again as a new PMF file and then package the map. The package is created successfully.
- Utilizing a View instead of a Query Layer.
