This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.4.Solution de contournement
- Delete the existing editor tracking fields (created_user, created_date, last_edited_user, and last_edited_date) in the feature class by right-clicking the field header in the attribute table and selecting Delete, instead of deleting from Fields view.
- Uncheck the 'Editor tracking' check box under Feature Dataset Properties from the Manage tab.
- Check the 'Editor tracking' check box under Feature Dataset Properties from the Manage tab.
