This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.4.Solution de contournement
- Disable topology on the file geodatabase parcel fabric via the Disable Parcel Topology geoprocessing tool and copy the feature dataset to an enterprise geodatabase. Then, enable topology on enterprise geodatabase parcel fabric via the Enable Parcel Topology geoprocessing tool.
- Run the Copy Parcels geoprocessing tool.
