If the exported HTML infographic contains a map or layer that is not publicly accessible, the authentication does not work unless the infographic is hosted and embedded in a website or in a web app like ArcGIS StoryMaps and ArcGIS Dashboards. This is a known limitation as it is not possible to authenticate these items with ArcGIS Online when the HTML is opened locally. It is recommended that all maps and layers be shared properly if the HTML infographic is going to be shared accordingly.

Solution de contournement

Share the infographic using the Share Results to ArcGIS Dashboards or ArcGIS StoryMaps workflows in ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App. Or, simply share the maps and layers publicly.
