Bogue
Enabling the Allow Other option in the Survey123 Web Application for a multiple choice question causes Offline Packaging to fail when using the Survey123 hosted feature layer in a Web Map (when the field characters come out to greater than 30)

Duplicate of BUG-000143613: This is not a Survey123 issue and is a known limitation where ArcGIS Field Maps cannot download services for offline use if a field name is greater than 31 characters.Solution de contournement
First workaround:
- Click Modify Schema when trying to publish, and rename the field for the Other option and then publish.
Second Workaround:
- Disable the Allow Other option, click Save, and republish.
- Go to the Feature Layer Item Details Page and remove the field that was created from the Allow Other (must be Other - Field Name) by clicking the Field and deleting it.
- Create a new web map with this edited feature layer and package an offline area.
