Enabling synchronized pop-ups in the Compare configurable web app causes unexpected behavior.

Solution de contournement

Option 1:

• For layers in which the pop-ups are to show, keep those as feature layers.
• For layers in which the pop-ups are not to show, publish those as tiles (tiles do not have popups).

Option 2:

Part A.

• However, user has used an Arcade expression in the web map in which the pop-up for a layer has been configured to show attributes from layers where the pop-ups have been disabled. In this case, the user needs the layers where pop-ups have been disabled to remain as feature layers.

Part B.

• In this case, the user adds the attributes that the user likes to show in a pop-up all to one feature layer and enable pop-ups for that layer. For the other layers are to be published as tiles instead where pop-ups cannot be configured.

Option 3:

• Uncheck the synchronize pop-ups option if there are any layer(s) in the two maps where pop-ups have been disabled. Does not able to synchronize the popups, but able to compare the maps.
