Bogue
ECW (Enhanced Compression Wavelet) files with the projection NAD_1983_HARN_StatePlane_Indiana_East_FIPS_1301_Feet are shifted north in ArcGIS Pro, and do not line up with existing shapefiles that previously matched in ArcGIS Desktop 10.4 and previous versions. This is due to ArcGIS Pro incorrectly interpreting the latitude_of_origin.
