This issue is not reproducible in Collector for ArcGIS (iOS) 18.1.0. When using the on-demand workflow for generating offline areas, estimated download sizes are not available until the download process is completed. When using the pre-planned offline workflow, download sizes are provided in Collector for ArcGIS for those areas because the packaging is completed outside of Collector for ArcGIS.
