Bogue
Double-clicking on the shortcut for ArcReader pmf on desktop or a saved pmf file from Windows Explorer will not open the saved pmf map document in 9.3.1 sp 2 - an empty map opens up with no error message.

Solution de contournement
The issue only occurs in 9.3.1 service pack 2. So performing the following steps resolves the issue1. <a href="file:C:/Program" target="_blank">C:\Program</a> Files\Common Files\ArcGIS\bin and double click the ArcGISFileHandler.exe. 2. Then Click the option "Open in running application" under Map Options > Click Ok. 3. Again double click the ArcGISFileHandler.exe and select the radio button for "Open in new application" under Map options > click ok. double clik the pmf file4. Please also create a short cut and test it and let me know if this worksÉtapes pour reproduire
