Bogue

Dockable tabs should not move thier position in the dockable tool bar after clicking on the 'Auto Hide' button when there are a few tabs loaded into the bar. Also, add the ability to manually drag and drop tabs after they have been set to 'Auto Hide' (tabs pinned).
