Solution A:Reinstall ArcGIS Desktop on 64bit machine to path without parenthesis like <a href="file:C:/Program" target="_blank">C:\Program</a> Files\Solution B:Fix bug on 64 bit machine:1) Download and install the Oracle 10g 32 bit client from <a href="http://Oracle.com" target="_blank">Oracle.com</a>.Once installed, this will give the user version 10.2.0.1 of the client.2) Download and install Oracle patch #4547817 "10.2.0.2 Patch forWindows 32-bit". This will upgrade the client to version 10.2.0.2.3) Download and install Oracle 32-Bit Patch Number 5383042.
