Different suggestion results are received when using the ArcGIS Server 10.5 locator service in the ArcGIS Online hosted web application.

This is an expected behavior. The web app is accurately displaying the 'suggest' results which are returned by the ArcGIS Server locator service. As noted in the bug, the request being sent by the web app is not restricting geocoding to the map area, whereas the map viewer is. To enable the same functionality within web apps, users can enable 'local search' in Web AppBuilder apps or enable 'Constrain search within map' for Basic Viewer and other apps.Solution de contournement
It is possible to workaround the issue in Web AppBuilder. - Edit the Search widget in the Web AppBuilder.- Within the Configure Search widget dialog box, check the option to enable local search for the geocoder 'NLD_Composite_RD_2017'. - The right suggestions are returned for 'Hengelosestraat 51'.
