Deleting an item from the Portal for ArcGIS Content interface does not delete the corresponding service on a federated ArcGIS GIS Server.

Solution de contournement

Navigate to the ArcGIS GIS Server service within ArcGIS Server Manager and delete the item from this interface. However, this does not delete the corresponding item within Portal for ArcGIS.Additionally, after deleting the service within ArcGIS Server Manager, the same error is returned when attempting to manually delete the corresponding item within the Portal for ArcGIS Content interface: "Failed to determine if item can be deleted: [Service Name]".
