Bogue
Deleting a point on a map in Survey123 for ArcGIS deletes only a point in the main table and not any of the related records.

Solution de contournement
- Open the data in ArcGIS Pro.
- Join tables with point feature class
- Select the rows which are missing data in the joined table, and delete the selected rows.
