Bogue

Default web map extent is not honored when creating a new web map from My Content and the default basemap uses a non-Web Mercator coordinate system (WKID 102100).

Solution de contournement

This issue is not reproducible if a new map is created by going to the Map tab at the top of the Portal for ArcGIS sharing application. When the map is saved, the extent should be similar to the default extent in the Portal for ArcGIS settings. The extent varies based upon browser size.
