Bogue
Decimals are still displayed in the labels after rounding the decimal places in ArcGIS Pro 2.7.1.

When using Arcade, field formatting on the layer is not brought over to the labels. Arcade formatting methods must be used. Refer to this documentation: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/text/specify-text-for-labels.htm.Solution de contournement
Use the following VBScript label expression instead of the fields that hold the label values:
Round ([fieldname], 0)
Note: After applying the label expression to the field, the issue is no longer reproducible.
