Data containing carriage returns (hard or soft) in the Credits section of metadata causes associated ADF web application to fail.

The issue is resolved when the Credits section of the metadata is clear of carriage returns. The issue appears to be specific to Credits section (carriage return in other sections of metadata seems to produce expected result).Étapes pour reproduire
